warranty & Disclaimers

Forged Fire Pits products come with a 6 month warranty to be free of manufacturing defects. Upon determining a product to be defective, Forged Fire Pits will, at our option, either repair or replace the product. Forged Fire Pits does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. Warranty claims are not applicable for countries outside the U.S.. All international orders are final.

All fire pits are made out of carbon steel. They will rust when exposed to the elements. in order to extend the life of your fire pit clean out cooled ashes after each use and keep covered when not in use. If rust spots start to appear we recommend using a high temp BBQ spray paint for touch up.

Any active fires in fire pits should not be extinguished with water. Using water quenches the fire and the rapid change in temperature can result in flaking or peeling of the paint. Allow the wood to burn completely to ash, if possible. Stir dirt or sand into the embers with a shovel to bury the fire. With your shovel, scrape any remaining sticks and logs to remove any embers. Make sure that no embers are exposed and still smoldering. Continue adding dirt or sand and stirring with a shovel until all material is cool.
